Return Policy

Final Sale – Trailers & RVs

All trailers, RVs, and motorhomes sold by RV Nation are final sale.

Once a written purchase agreement has been signed, no returns or exchanges are accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers, and motorhomes.

Purchases are subject to the terms outlined in the signed sales agreement and applicable Alberta consumer protection legislation.

Condition & Disclosure

All units are sold as described at the time of sale. Any representations, disclosures, or conditions form part of the written purchase agreement. Customers are encouraged to review all documentation and ask questions prior to signing.

Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure a trailer or RV and remove it from active sale.

• Deposits are non-refundable once a purchase agreement has been signed, unless otherwise stated in writing.

• If RV Nation is unable to complete the sale under the agreed-upon terms, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellations

If a customer requests to cancel a purchase after signing, the deposit may be retained to cover administrative costs, lost market opportunity, and preparation expenses, as permitted under Alberta law.
